Alan is a CEO with a 30 year track record in the ICT Sector. Based in London UK, he has spent 18 years in Canada, and 20 years in the UK.He has direct experience and a high degree of success in software development, product management, sales and sales management, regional management and executive management of technology firms. He is also the Chairman of Ultra Education, which takes the teaching of entrepreneurial skills into primary and secondary schools.

Margaret Casely-Hayford was appointed Chair of  Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in January 2018 having previously served as Chair of international development Charity ActionAid UK., for four years from 2014.She became Chancellor of Coventry University in May 2017; and is chairing a review into diversity for the Carnegie an Kate Greenaway awards, the review was launched in June 2017. She is also the Chair of the Advisory Board of Ultra Education.

David Bryan is Director of Xtend UK Ltd, a management consultancy working in organisational change, leadership development and diversity. mostly in the not-for-profit and public sector. He has over 20 years consultancy experience, providing management training, facilitation to senior management teams, one to one coaching and governance support. Prior to becoming a consultant he worked in senior management within the voluntary sector, the arts and in academia.
